Kale Pesto Lucky Pasta
Ingredients
- 3 cups of baby kale
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of good quality olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 cups of clover shaped pasta
- 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts to garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the kale pesto by adding all ingredients of the list in the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until getting a smooth paste.
- Cook the pasta for 7-10 minutes on salted boiling water. Then temper with cold water.
- Place on a bowl and combine with the pesto sauce.
- Serve hot and garnish with shredded parmesan cheese and chopped walnuts.
