READY TO ASSEMBLY THE GRILLED PORTABELLA HABANERO BURGERS
I am a big fan of El Yucateco hot sauces because they offer three different options for habanero sauces that go from a medium spicy, hot and triple extra hot.
In my opinion, you need to add fun and spice to life and El Yucateco sauces give my recipes a lot of personality and makes them perfect to celebrate the outdoors with friends and family.
Habaneros are a very spicy pepper that is common in the south of Mexico and prevalent many recipes from the Yucatan cuisine. The Caribbean cuisine also embraces this pepper for jerk seasoning and marinades. Habaneros are green, yellow and orange. I actually grow them at home in a vegetable garden that is my pride and joy.
Other of my El Yucateco hot sauces favorites is the red sauce made with red habanero peppers, tomato, and spices. For me, this is my to go sauce for almost everything. For my taste buds is medium hot and has a citrus habanero taste. Today I am using it to drizzle the sweet potato fries suggested for pairing the Grilled Portabella Habanero Burgers.
If you are a habanero fan you can find El Yucateco hot sauces at Publix at the international products section. I recommend buying the three flavors because El Yucateco hot sauces add more flavor to your summer recipes like my flavorful Grilled Portabella Habanero Burgers recipe.
