I am so excited to attend the Goya Foods Swine and Wine presented by the National Pork Board as their brand ambassador for the Sabios del Sabor campaign. Me being a pork lover this is a dream come true!

This event the Goya Foods Swine and Wine will be the biggest celebration of pork during the South Beach Food and Wine Festival and it is taking place next Sunday, February 22, 2015 at The Biltmore Hotel. I will be dressing up with a smart casual look and savoring delectable pork bites while witnessing the an amazing award ceremony at “The 2015 National Pork Board Critics’ Choice Award” where the winners will be announced. And the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be presented to the best pork dish and judged by National Pork Board Ambassadors Chef Doreen Colondres of The Kitchen Doesn’t Bite and Chef Jose Mendin of Pubbelly.

Many celebrities and chefs will also serve as judges including acclaimed Chef Juan Mari Arzak, Goya Foods’ Executive Chef Fernando Desa, Chef James Tahhan of Telemundo “Un Nuevo Dia,” Marc Forgione of Food Network’s Iron Chefs and Raul De Molina, host of Univision’s “El Gordo y La Flaca.”

The National Pork Board will be hosting an entertainment and social media lounge at the Goya Foods Swine and Wine where Chef Colondres and Chef Mendin will engage with us providing us with Pork wisdom paraphernalia and giveaways to dare us attendees express, share and celebrate Pork as true flavor gurus.

Goya Foods Swine and Wine VIP event will feature exclusively pork dishes prepared by more than 20 acclaimed chefs, indeed it is going to be a pork feast to remember.
